- There is no checkout, card collection, or recurring subscription on this site.
- Consultations are currently arranged directly by email or phone.
- Any payment would be handled separately, outside this site, if and when pricing is set.
Cancellation & rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a virtual consultation, email angelettirefresh@gmail.com or call 504-240-9441 as early as you can. We’ll always confirm the specific cancellation and rescheduling terms with you before you commit to a time.
Refunds
Refund terms for consultations are provided at the time of booking, before any payment is made. We do not invent blanket amounts or percentages; what applies to your session is what you were told when you booked.
If a session cannot be delivered due to an error on our side, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
Because no payments are collected on this website, there is nothing to refund if you have only emailed or called and have not yet booked and paid for a session.
No recurring charges
There are no recurring subscriptions and nothing to cancel on the site.
